Duties &amp; Responsibilities<br/>Reviewing physically and Systematically staff attandance on daily basis <br/>Managing staff leaves ( Casual/ Annual/ Sick) and arranging  thier backup's <br/>Making Staff Salaries  with calcution  of Deductions Rewards and  overtime<br/>Greviance handling <br/>Resolve complaints and other issues of staff<br/>Supervision of complete repair &amp; maintenance work of all official premises including retail outlets &amp; warehouse.<br/>Employee registration and record updating at EOBI &amp; Social Security.<br/>Developing and managing Govt. department's relationships i.e. Police, Labor Court, WAPDA, PHA etc.<br/>Procurement &amp; purchase of admin related items by following complete SOPs.<br/>Ordering and maintaining minimum stock levels of consumables &amp; stationery.<br/>Supervision of Gentset maintenance.  <br/>Supervision of domestic staff i.e., Office Boys, Janitors, Drivers etc.<br/>Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges.<br/>Maintains safe and clean office premises by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.<br/>Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.<br/>Coordinate calendars of executives.<br/>Event management of all official events.<br/>Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients.<br/>Create regular reports and update internal databases.<br/>Make travel, ticketing and lodging arrangements. <br/>Respond promptly to against all administrative queries.<br/>Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions.<br/>Any other task assigned by the line manager.
